Refund & Return

Cancel the order

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.

Return & Exchange conditions

You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. But you need to pay the return shipping fee.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “2 for $250” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Open Box Items

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact qiutuzaowu@gmail.com, and we will afford the delivery fee. We’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

If you want to replace the items, please re-purchase after returning them.

We will provide you with the warehouse address, and you can send it back.

If your item is damaged or defective, we will arrange for a courier to pick up the package (we will contact you in advance and arrange for a courier to pick up the package when you are at home). You can also send it back by yourself, and we will refund the shipping cost.

Refund:                                                      

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
